Erst im Nachhinein wird das Abschweifen h\u00e4ufig selbst erkannt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Besonders anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr dieses Ph\u00e4nomen sind laut Kane et al. (2007) vor allem Personen mit einer hohen Kapazit\u00e4t des Arbeitsged\u00e4chtnisses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">M\u00f6gliche Ausl\u00f6ser nach Kane et al. Das h\u00e4ufige unbewusste Abschweifen seiner Gedanken f\u00fchrt dazu, dass er f\u00fcr allt\u00e4gliche Dinge mehr Zeit ben\u00f6tigt als normalerweise \u00fcblich. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Er spielt dreimal die Woche Fu\u00dfball und schweift auch dabei h\u00e4ufig mit seinen Gedanken ab und verpasst somit Traineransprachen. Stefan ist sich dessen bewusst, jedoch bemerkt er es immer erst danach oder wenn er ermahnt wird. Dies zieht sich durch alle Situationen des Lebens, sowohl zuhause, im Fu\u00dfballverein, als auch in der Schule oder mit Freunden. Durch diese immer wieder auftretenden Situationen f\u00fchlt er sich stark beeintr\u00e4chtigt, es nervt und besch\u00e4ftigt ihn nahezu t\u00e4glich.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"30px\"><span style=\"color: #000000; line-height: 30px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Auch wenn es ein Symptom von ADHS ist, wieso betrifft es auch Kinder ohne ADHS?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Stefan aus unserem Beispiel zeigte zwar teilweise Symptome von ADHS, jedoch nicht in pathologischen Umfang oder Auspr\u00e4gung, sodass hier eine gesicherte Diagnose gestellt werden kann. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Frick et al. (2020) und Goncalves et al. (2018) beschreiben, dass insbesondere diese Symptomatik h\u00e4ufig bei intelligenten Kindern, unabh\u00e4ngig von anderen ADHS Symptomen auftritt. Sie beschreiben, dass die Betroffenen den richtigen Umgang mit dem Mind-Wandering erlernen und Kontrolle dar\u00fcber erlangen sollten. Die Autoren halten fest, dass Kindern h\u00e4ufig das &#8222;Mind-Wandern&#8220; von Eltern, Lehrern oder Betreuungspersonen in Form von &#8222;konzentrier dich jetzt mal!&#8220; verboten wird, da sie dieses Ph\u00e4nomen nicht verstehen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"52.8px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Wie kann man Betroffene auf das Mind-Wandering aufmerksam machen?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Arnau et al. (2020) beschreiben hierf\u00fcr zwei M\u00f6glichkeiten: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Selbstwahrnehmungsmethode: <\/span>Der Betroffene stellt selber fest, wann seine Gedanken abschweifen und \u00e4u\u00dfert dies entsprechend.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Probetechnik: <\/span>Dem Patienten werden w\u00e4hrend einer Aufgabe immer wieder Fragen gestellt, die sich auf seine letzten Gedanken beziehen. Au\u00dferdem sollen komplexe Aufgaben seltener zu einem Mind-Wandering f\u00fchren als allt\u00e4gliche Aufgaben.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"52.8px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Welche Therapieverfahren k\u00f6nnten hilfreich sein, um das Mind-Wandering einzud\u00e4mmen?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberpr\u00fcfen der eigenen Gedankeninhalte kann helfen, Mind-Wandering einzud\u00e4mmen und eine Meta-Awareness zu entwickeln.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Die F\u00e4higkeit das Abschweifen im Nachhinein selbst zu erkennen und fr\u00fchzeitig zu bemerken, wenn das Mind-Wandering beginnt.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Das Setzen von K\u00f6rper-Ankern, die in speziellen Situationen ein Mind-Wandering unterbinden kann in wichtigen Situationen helfen aufmerksam zu bleiben<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"52.8px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Wie k\u00f6nnen die Eltern unterst\u00fctzen?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eltern sollten verstehen, dass das Mind-Wandering eine kognitive Kompensationsstrategie ist, die dem Kind erm\u00f6glicht \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit zu nutzen.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dem Kind sollte nicht verboten werden Mind-Wandering zu betreiben, man sollte es jedoch unterst\u00fctzen dies in den passenden Momenten zu tun.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Betreuungspersonen wie z.B. Lehrer oder Vereinstrainer sollten f\u00fcr die erh\u00f6hten Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Kindes sensibilisiert werden und falls m\u00f6glich anspruchsvollere Aufgaben verteilen oder das Kind komplexeren Situationen aussetzen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"52.8px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Achtsamkeit und K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung als Erg\u00e4nzung<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Kurze (5-8 Min) Achtsamkeits\u00fcbungen wie Atem\u00fcbungen oder \u00dcbungen zur K\u00f6rperwahrnehmung k\u00f6nnen in die Trainingseinheiten oder den Alltag des Patienten integriert werden, um die eigenen Gedanken besser kontrollieren zu k\u00f6nnen. Ein spezifisches Beispiel hierf\u00fcr ist das Kinderyoga, das zur Achtsamkeit und Konzentrationsf\u00f6rderung eingesetzt wird. Die gesteigerte Achtsamkeit kann die Symptomatik nachhaltig positiv beeinflussen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"--fontsize: 24; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 24;\" data-fontsize=\"24\" data-lineheight=\"52.8px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>Beispielmethodik eines Therapieprogramms<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">60 min\u00fctige Therapieeinheit, bestehend aus:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">20 Minuten Reflexion der letzten Tage bez\u00fcglich Abschweifungen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">20 Minuten Integrieren von Dual-Tasks in Alltagssituationen (z.B. Schuhe binden in unter 20 Sekunden)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">20 Minuten sportliche Aktivit\u00e4ten mit gezielter Aufmerksamkeitslenkung<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Hausaufgaben:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Situationen erkennen und erlernte K\u00f6rper-Anker nutzen<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">Spa\u00dfiger Achtsamkeitsspaziergang mit bewusster Sch\u00e4rfung der K\u00f6rper- und Sinneswahrnehmung.
